The Importance of Building Men

We all know the story of Gideon in Judges 7 about the proper selection of the men to fight with Gideon against the Midianites.  God proved to Gideon that quality versus quantity of men is the most important thing to remember.  God is looking for faithful and fearless men to stand up and be men of God for such a time as this.  This type of man should be willing to say yes and keep the commitment.  This man should be passionate about the battle.

If you are this type of man…Hallelujah and Praise God!!

If you are not, then maybe you should consider who or how you are networking.  I can tell you that NCMM members are passionate about the battle for men’s souls.  They are fearless and faithful.  NCMM members pray for one another, help one another and actually live life with one another.  In other words, we network together.  Guys, if you are not networking in ministry then you are not working!  Hang out with guys with like-passion.

At NCMM, “We are doing things together what we cannot do alone!” One may ask, “So what does that mean?” The answer is simple:

1.       Networking for the common goal of winning more of men’s souls for Christ.  Each ministry simply has a different role in the common goal.
2.       Network with other ministries to be on the cutting edge to shape the next generation
3.       Network to gain ministry exposure
4.       Network to promote your book, CD, DVD, etc.
5.       Network to find the appropriate Men’s Retreat or event speaker
6.       Network to access research, resources and other information
